Gerry at Sol Air was fantastic. He was able to identify my heater’s issue (when other HVAC companies couldn’t give me an answer) and then had the technical knowledge to make an adjustment and fix it on the spot (again, something other HVAC companies couldn’t do) they will be my first choice moving forward and I would definitely recommend.

My experience with Gerry Sola was a 5 Plus! My furnace stopped working! I called him on the recommendation of another review. I was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism. Our home, though small, presented multiple challenges given its age and lack of an air duct system.  Initially, we contacted Sol Air Hvac inquiring after  another type of ductless system for heat and air. Gerry and Gabriel, having seen our home, guided us toward a completely different system that was less of a redesign to our interior space, as well as, less expensive. Got referred to Gerry. He contacted me at 10pm to set up an appointment for my broken ac. We set up a time for between 9-10am on a Friday morning. At 9:27am on Friday, he texts me saying he’s going to be 35 minutes late. Upon arrival, he seemed cold and detached, zero customer service. It made me feel like I was simply a box he needed to check as opposed someone who needed his help and someone he wanted money from. The first thing he did was ask to use the restroom. I’m in sales myself, and I always use the restroom before going to a customers home, ESPECIALLY if they already know I’m going to be late. He did a 10 minute inspection of the unit and said he needed to come in to “count the registers”, but he didn’t go anywhere else in the home except the hall. I asked for a quote for just my package unit and a second one with the package unit and ducting. He said he would have to send it to me after he works on it. I myself sold HVAC at peoples homes and NEVER left without giving them a bid. Monday comes around and at 7:57pm, after all day of hearing nothing, I sent him a text letting him know to disregard the bid. He chose not to respond, clearly demonstrating his cavalier attitude towards me. Business must be good Gerry, for you to treat people this way. Gerry was recommended to us!  He came to our home and thoroughly went over everything that needed to be done with our AC.  Gerry presented himself as skilled and very professional. He even came out on Labor Day!  Wow, impressive!!!  Over these last couple days we had installation.  Things couldn’t have went any smoother.  Gerry and Luis worked non-stop in the heat to ensure things were done expeditiously!  We were so impressed with their work ethic.  The end results are fabulous!  We are so happy!
